In our country, around one crore women seek fertility assistance annually, yet only 20% successfully complete their journey to parenthood, often due to life challenges and budgets. The speaker, a reproductive medicine specialist and triathlete, shares her journey starting in 2008 to pursue reproductive medicine and establish a women's health center focused on prevention and compassionate care. She emphasizes the importance of endurance over talent, drawing from her participation in Ironman competitions, where failure taught her resilience. Her dedication to advancing obstetric care was recognized by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan in 2010 for her exceptional contributions.A pioneer in reproductive healthcare, she played a pivotal role in launching India’s first DM course in Reproductive Medicine and has contributed to over 5,000 successful IVF births.
