跩姬堅信,變裝不應該只是模仿與表演,而是持續探索「認同」的過程,移植於歐美文化的變裝,應該要找到跟與在地文化、歷史的連結,進而塑造以臺灣為主體的認同歸屬。 Draggy Boo Boo 跩姬寶貝,本名高偉恩,劇場工作者,隸屬於灣島娛樂的變裝皇后。跩姬寶貝認為,變裝是一種認識「自己」的手段,透過各種變裝形式,跩姬不斷試探、拆解與重構自我。在每一次上妝與登臺之間,重新思索:「我究竟是誰?」此之外,具有原住民身分的跩姬,也嘗試變裝文化的不同可能。從服裝的設定,到歌曲的選擇,都能看出跩姬試圖將臺灣在地文化融入他的變裝當中。因為跩姬相信,移植於歐美文化的變裝,應該要找到跟與在地文化、歷史的連結,進而塑造以臺灣為主體的認同歸屬。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
