Bernardo comparte su historia con una honestidad desarmante. A través de su camino personal, nos invita a cuestionar los estigmas que rodean la vulnerabilidad y a reconocer que mostrarse humano no es una debilidad, sino un acto de coraje profundo.
Esta charla es un llamado a reconciliarnos con nuestras emociones, a pedir ayuda sin culpa y a entender que la fortaleza no siempre ruge: a veces, simplemente respira. Bernardo Ortiz es un joven activista zacatecano apasionado por la salud mental y el bienestar emocional. Fundador de Mynd Harbor, una iniciativa que promueve espacios de reflexión y acompañamiento para quienes buscan sanar, reconectarse y crecer desde la empatía, Bernardo ha convertido su historia personal en un motor de cambio colectivo.Galardonado con el Premio Estatal de la Juventud Zacatecas 2025, ha sido reconocido por su liderazgo social y su compromiso con la construcción de una cultura del cuidado emocional entre las nuevas generaciones.
