Erre kapunk választ a TEDxGyőr 2025 egyik előadójától, Sipka Bencétől, aki elvezet minket ahhoz, hogyan építhetünk tudatos kapcsolatot digitális eszközeinkkel, hogy ne azok alakítsanak minket, hanem mi alakítsuk őket.ENG: Have you ever felt lost without your phone?
Have you ever forgotten something important because you thought “I can always look it up”?
Do you know how your screens affect your emotions—and how you feel about the world?Technology makes our lives more convenient, but at the same time it subtly shapes our minds, our emotions, and our relationships. Who is really in control? We’ll hear answers to this question from one of TEDxGyőr 2025’s speakers, Bence Sipka, who will guide us toward building a conscious relationship with our digital devices—so that they don’t shape us, but we shape them. As a child, Bence was always enchanted by the world of science fiction novels. He never imagined that elements from those reading experiences would come to life within his own lifetime. He was fascinated by the possibilities of holograms, robots, and space travel. But he was even more intrigued by how people would behave in such a transformed technological environment—what dilemmas they would face and what decisions they would make. This led him to found the LifeTech Balance Center, to support anyone seeking to build a healthy relationship with technology in their lives. As a psychologist, his goal is to ensure that technology truly serves human growth and fulfillment.
