- 13:09「食の力」/The Power of Nourishment | Makiko Osada | TEDxAkitaIntlUThis talk explores the “power of food” and how our daily choices around meals shape both physical and mental well-being. Drawing on her experience as a registered dietitian, the speaker shares memorable stories from working in elder care, supporting patients with eating disorders, and learning from her own grandparents’ longevity and lifestyle.
