Since completing her Master’s in Personality Psychology and Counseling in 2014, she has worked in schools supporting teachers, students—including those with special educational needs—and parents, while also maintaining a private practice with adults. Since 2020, she has been involved as a trainer with four organizations accredited by Armenia’s Ministry of Education, delivering courses on psychology, inclusion, and education law for teachers and education leadership candidates. Seda continues to participate in professional development programs and workshops. Her key areas of interest include trauma recovery mechanisms, existential psychology, and the ongoing, healthy development of the individual as a path to healing and self-discovery.
