A gold medalist alumnus of Punjab Engineering College, his decade-long tenure at Colgate-Palmolive gave him extensive experience in sales, marketing, and supply chain strategy before he joined the grooming startup in 2019.
Gupta spearheaded key strategic initiatives, including the expansion into the women's hair removal category with the launch of "Bombae," and was elevated to co-founder in 2022 in recognition of his vital role in scaling the business and his strong partnership with CEO Shantanu Deshpande. A powerful and influential voice in India's startup ecosystem, his journey reflects a deep expertise in people science and brand strategy, making him a powerful advocate for building strong company culture and innovation.
