You Don't Need to be a Tech Builder to Run a Start Up | Dimitris Komninos | TEDxPanteionUniversity
The talk will focus on the world of startups, exploring how an innovative idea can grow into a successful business. Its goal is to provide both inspiration and practical advice for those who aspire to enter the entrepreneurial world. Dimitris Komninos, a graduate Electrical Engineer from NTUA, is the co-founder and CEO of Mood, a startup that has revolutionized the way people discover music events and purchase tickets in Greece. Originally from Mytilene, he devoted himself to his idea after graduating from NTUA — an idea that today has an active presence in Greece, the Netherlands, and Romania. At just 19 years old, while still a student, he founded Mood. Having started programming at the age of 10, Dimitris now focuses mainly on business development, marketing, expansion, and securing funding for Mood’s growth. He strongly believes that the key to every successful team lies in maximizing learning.” This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
