- 17:51"Limitless" | Zhongyao Sun | TEDxKeystone Academy BJWhat is the Point? What is the meaning? Do we have to live for if we know that our ultimate end if death? Join Mr. Sun Zhongyao as he attempts to answer these nihilistic questions in his talk - Limitless. I graduated from Penn State University with a doctor’s degree in Physics. Physics taught me about space and time, the fundamental fabrics of our existence. Over the years, the question that puzzled me when I was in high school kept haunting me: what’s the meaning of life? Why do we exist? What is the answer to all those questions seemingly unanswerable? Over the years, I formulated my own philosophical framework, an aspect of which I am going to share with all of you tonight. I always believed, a philosophical endeavor is not an argument or a debate. It is not always about who’s right. More often, it is about rewiring the brain, about opening eyes, and about ignite more sparks of philosophical minds. The most beautiful happening, in my opinion, is the human psyche. We are so malleable, yet we are so stubborn. The human mind is deeper than the ocean, wider than the sky, and is the most intricate contraption the universe has ever seen. Tonight, let our thoughts dance. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
