In this talk, Abdurraouf Al-Jaroushi explores research as a powerful tool for institutional change. Abdulraouf Al-Jaroushi is a senior researcher and peacebuilding specialist, providing technical consultations and developing plans for peacebuilding projects in collaboration with local and international civil society organizations. He also offers research consultations in the humanities to analyze Libya's reality from multiple perspectives. In his talk, he highlights the importance of research as a tool for designing policies and programs, emphasizing its absence in Libya's public and private sectors and sharing examples of societies that have successfully utilized research to achieve tangible results.
