As the Executive Pastor at Alliance Tabernacle, she shapes strategic initiatives, while also serving as the Founder and CEO of Joe’s Academy of Music and Jolander Headley Leadership Development LLC.A certified John Maxwell Coach and International Conference Speaker, Dr. Headley has influenced audiences across Fiji, Singapore, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, and beyond. She specializes in executive coaching, corporate facilitation, and human behavior analysis. Passionate about the intersection of philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and leadership, she serves on multiple boards and professional organizations. Dr. Headley resides in New York with her husband, Grantley, and cherishes her role as a mother and grandmother.
