Do we really need school? | Khánh Linh Nguyễn Hoàng | TEDxICS Ho Chi Minh Youth

Khanh Linh presented a fresh and thought-provoking perspective through the question: “Do we really need school?” Without denying the role of school, Khanh Linh skillfully raised concerns about whether schools today truly nurture the curiosity, passion, and individuality of each student. She dreams of a school where she can learn meaningful things, freely explore without being constrained by the pressure of grades. Khanh Linh asks us to pause to reflect on the role of education. Khánh Linh is a Grade 4 student who is passionate about creativity, artificial intelligence, and learning new things. When she is not on the TEDx stage, she is working on her YouTube channel or creating new games and stories with her friends. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
