Drawing from her work as a naturopathic doctor, she shows how burnout isn’t solved by routines, supplements, or workouts alone, but by cultivating relationships, community, and rhythms that sustain us.Through stories, science, and practical insights, she reveals how small, consistent acts of care—like a note, a shared coffee, or a mindful pause—can ripple outward to transform our lives, workplaces, and communities. Dr. Ashley Margeson, ND is a recovering perfectionist who’s redefining what it means to be well in a world that rarely slows down.
