değişebildiğini TEDxYouth@NKFLSchool'da anlatıyor. Begüm Özdoğularlı Pandır, 1978 yılında Kütahya’da doğmuştur. 18 yaşında Dumlupınar Üniversitesi İngiliz Dili ve Edebiyatı Bölümü öğrencisiyken, Halkbankası’nın ilk kadın girişimci kredisini almayı başarmış ve bir yabancı dil kursu açarak girişimcilik hayatına başlamıştır. 2006 yılında yabancı dil kurslarının yanında Türkiye’nin ilk özel meslek okulunu bir organize sanayi bölgesinde açmıştır. Aynı yıl Türkiye’nin ilk kadın kaynak ustası sertifikasını da alarak binlerce mavi yakalı çalışan için organize sanayi bölgelerinde ağır sanayiye hitap eden mesleki eğitimler düzenlemiştir. 2014 yılında doğa, sürdürülebilir dünya ve el sanatları ağırlıklı, Köy Enstitüleri modelini andıran anaokulu, ilkokul ve ortaokul açarak küçük yaşlarda kendi kendine yetebilen bireyler yetiştirmeye odaklı bir eğitim modeli oluşturmuştur. 2001 yılında Platin dergisi, 2004 yılında Capital ve Tempo dergisi tarafından yılın en başarılı girişimcileri arasında ödüllere layık görülmüştür.
