Prof. Dr. Murat Aksoy yurt içinde ve yurt dışında faaliyet gösteren damar cerrahisi derneklerinde yönetiminde görev yapmıştır. Damar cerrahisi konusunda yurt dışında ve yurt içinde basılmış kitap bölümleri, makaleleri ve kongre sunumları bulunmaktadır.
