サステナビリティとは、ただの理想論なのか。そんな疑問から目をそらさず、問い続けてきた人がいます。現在SDG Impact Japanで活躍する鈴木早紀さん。彼女は、大学時代に打ち込んだラクロス部での挑戦、そしてミャンマーでのフィールドワークを通じて、「やりたいこと」と「社会を変えること」の接点を模索してきました。サステナビリティというテーマに取り組む今も、その根底にあるのは、「私はどうありたいか」という問い。自分自身を通して、「なりたい自分」に向き合うヒントを語ってくれます。誰かの理解ではなく、自分の問いかけから始める。そんな第一歩を踏み出したいあなたへ。彼女の言葉が、行動を起こす勇気の火種になるはずです。 2015年慶應義塾大学法学部政治学科を卒業。在学中は体育会女子ラクロス部に所属。卒業後、シティグループ証券でキャリアをスタートし、2017年からボストンコンサルティンググループにてソーシャル・インフラ領域のプロジェクトに従事。同社ロンドンオフィス転籍時は、ロシア・ウクライナ危機直後に国際NGOセーブザチルドレンインターナショナルのグローバル戦略チームに出向し、子どもの権利に軸足を置き国際的な社会課題への取組みに奔走。2024年9月より、サステナブルファイナンスに特化したスタートアップSDGインパクトジャパンに参画し、サステナブルな社会の実現に向け新たな資本の流れを創出することをミッションに新たな領域で奮闘中。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
