How can fear be our superpower? | Hiểu Minh Huỳnh Lê | TEDxICS Ho Chi Minh Youth

With the question "How can fear be our superpower?", Hieu Minh shared his own relatable story – a boy who used to tremble when speaking in front of the class, who worried about making mistakes, and who was afraid of being judged. But instead of letting fear stop him, Hieu Minh learned to listen to and understand himself, thereby transforming fear into motivation to try harder, be more careful, and be more courageous. For Hieu Minh, the superpower doesn't lie in not being afraid, but in daring to face fear and move forward, even when his heart is sometimes full of anxiety. Hiểu Minh is a Grade 7 student who is curious about learning and exploring new things. When he is not studying, he can be found playing badminton or making videos. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
