元ラグビー日本代表で、現在は山川出版社に勤める野澤武史さんは、人材には「リアクション型」と「アクション型」があると語ります。指示を待ち、周囲の動きに応じて動くのがリアクション型。一方で、自ら課題に気づき、先んじて行動するのがアクション型で、かつての野澤さんは、失敗を恐れてリアクション型になってしまっていたと言います。けれど、ラグビーでの経験や、出版社での挑戦を通じて、野澤さんは今、アクション型であることの価値を実感しているそうです。彼がいま伝えたいのは、失敗を恐れて動かないことのリスク、そして、動くことで初めて開ける景色。その思いを、野澤さんはまっすぐに語ります。 1979年、東京都生まれ。 元ラグビー日本代表（代表キャップ4）。（株）山川出版社代表取締役社長。 慶應義塾大学時代では蹴球部で大学日本一に貢献し、４年時には主将を務める。その後、神戸製鋼コベルコスティーラーズに加入し、2003年トップリーグ制覇に貢献。 現役引退後は本業の傍ら、母校の高校・大学でヘッドコーチを務め、2013年より日本ラグビーフットボール協会でユース世代のコーチを歴任。またタレント発掘TIDマネージャーとして「Big man & Fast man camp」を立ち上げ人材発掘の裾野を広げた。 2020年、コロナ禍で苦戦する学生アスリートを支援する活動「#ラグビーを止めるな2020」をスタートし、さまざまな競技を巻き込んで2020年7月に発足した一般社団法人スポーツを止めるなでは朝日スポーツ賞受賞。グロービス経営大学院卒（MBA取得）。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. What does “true crime” really mean? In this powerful talk, a legal educator and crime writer unpacks how our obsession with crime stories—from podcasts to documentaries—shapes our understanding of justice, truth, and harm. Natacha draws on her experience in law, storytelling, and education, challenges us to question whose truth we’re consuming, and what we’re leaving out.This talk is a call to look beyond stereotypes, reflect on the systems we trust, and explore crime stories with deeper empathy, curiosity, and care—for the sake of both truth and those whose lives are shaped by it.Natacha Harding currently teaches and researches topics around miscarriages of justice, victim-survivor politics and narratives; and crime fiction. Rugby World Cup winner and Olympian Heather Fisher discusses what identity means as a woman who looks and feels different.Under the scrutiny of world-class performance systems from the age of 16, her journey to self-discovery has been a bumpy one and rarely in her control.25 years on she finally feels able to be herself and is ready to share a whistlestop insight about into her story. Birmingham-based Rugby World Cup winner and former GB bobsledder, Heather is an accomplished elite athlete, motivational speaker, LGBT advocate and media personality.After a difficult start in life and teenage struggles with anorexia , Heather quickly found she excelled in the sports arena. Breaking her back in four places in her late 20s left her in a full-body cast for 18 months and triggered alopecia which impacted her self-confidence and perception of herself. Never to be held down, she returned to win win the 2014 Rugby World Cup and four Six Nations, medalling at the Commonwealth Games and representing Team GB in the Olympic Games Rio 2016.Since retiring as an athlete, she has become an accomplished motivational speaker, MC an event host and has taken on a number of TV and radio opportunities. Building on her stint on Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, she became a celebrity warrior on BBC survival show Go Hard or Go Home. Heather also does extensive charity work raising money for young people with autism and for those with alopecia.
