Attraverso la multipotenzialità, lo scoutismo e l’esperienza a Pollica, ci invita a ritrovare la pazienza, il valore dell’attesa e il coraggio di lasciare un segno nel mondo.
Un racconto ispirante su come ogni scelta, se fatta con consapevolezza, possa trasformare la nostra vita. Clarissa, nata a Genova nel 1995, è appassionata della vita Mediterranea. Dopo una laurea in Dietistica e Scienze della Nutrizione Umana, ha studiato Pasticceria e ha avuto esperienze in Violino e come Educatrice Scout. La sua filosofia si basa su valori di lotta allo spreco, condivisione e coerenza. Crede nell'innovazione attraverso la tradizione e il dialogo culturale, valorizzando la saggezza dei nonni. Dal 2021, lavora con Future Food Institute, contribuendo allo sviluppo del Paideia Campus a Pollica.
