She reveals how strength training can do more than build muscle; it can sharpen your mind, slow cognitive decline, and give you back control of your most valuable resource, time. Drawing from science and lived experience, Solana shows how staying strong isn’t just about fitness, it’s about reclaiming your independence, extending your life, and owning every moment of it. Solana Lewis is a World Champion Powerlifter who earned her title at just 21 years old through the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). As the founder of Strength SoLutions Inc., she coaches athletes at every level and provides personalized nutrition support to help them perform at their best.Outside of coaching, Solana is an educator and advocate for youth empowerment. She co-leads a Podcast Club for students from grade school to high school and encourages them to use their voice and to build confidence in telling their story, interviewing and enhance their social emotional learning skills.
