Emre Huri’ye göre kişisel gelişim, hepimizin temel amaçlarından biri olmalı. Bunun için önce kendimizi takip etmemiz gerekiyor. Mesele sadece geleceğe odaklanmak değil; geçmişten de ders çıkarabilmek.Başarı için en önemli ilke açık: Çalışan kazanır. Ancak hedef yalnızca takip etmek değil, takip edilen olmaktır. Bu yaklaşım, tıpta olduğu kadar teknolojide de geçerli. Ona göre teknoloji, insanı yabancılaştırmamalı; uluslararasılaştırmalı. Çünkü “biz biziz” — köklerimizden kopmadan dünyaya açılmalıyız.Zorluklar, aslında gerçek gücümüzü ortaya çıkarır. Emre Huri, sadece hastayı değil, süreci de iyileştirmeyi hedefliyor. Ona göre teknoloji, ancak insana değer kattığında gerçek bir inovasyondur.Çalışmalarıyla takip edilen biri olduklarını belirterek soruyor:

Prof. Dr. Emre Huri serves as a professor in the Department of Urology at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. He has pioneered groundbreaking work in Turkey in the fields of medical technologies, 3D medical printing, virtual and augmented reality, and surgical simulation. He has acted as the university coordinator for EU-supported projects such as MedTRain3DModsim, EYOUSORT, and EuroSOMT.He is the founding director of innovative laboratories at Hacettepe STEM and Lokman Hekim University SİNERG Centers. He also serves as the President of the entrepreneurial company SURGSIM. He has developed 23 different models for urological education. He holds two patents and is the editor of two international academic books published by Springer.He has served as the scientific advisor for MedicaUROSIM, Turkey's first domestically developed urological simulator. He is a pioneering academician who integrates technology into medical education and patient safety.
