Early Years Education | ARCHANA KAMRA | TEDxShiva Shiksha Sadan Youth
In her TEDx Talk, “The Power of Early Years Education,” the speaker explores the most vital yet often underestimated stage of human growth — the years from birth to age five. She believes these early years are not merely the start of learning but the foundation of life itself. Through compelling insights and heartfelt reflections, she reveals how nurturing curiosity, guiding exploration, and creating joyful classrooms can transform the way children grow, think, and connect with the world. Her powerful message resonates deeply: “If we get the early years right, we won’t need to fix so much later.” This talk is a call to educators, parents, and society to reimagine early education — not as preparation for school, but as the shaping of humanity’s future. Because when we nurture young minds with love and purpose, we are not just teaching children — we are shaping human beings, and ultimately, shaping the world. I am a visionary educator with over 17 years of experience in early childhood education, passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering holistic development. I have extensive expertise in teaching, classroom management, EdTech integration, curriculum design, and public speaking. I have successfully introduced Montessori, Jolly Phonics, and the CPA Method, blending innovative practices with core values. As a mentor and leader, I inspire teachers, parents, and students to achieve excellence. I am proud to have contributed to my school’s No. 1 ranking in Holistic Education at the Education Excellence Summit 2023 and to have led the Pre-Primary section to an “AAAA Rating” in Best Practices for Foundational Years. In recognition of my work, I received the International Women’s Prestige Award 2025, New Delhi, for my contributions to early childhood education.
