Elle raconte comment, après l'annonce de sa malformation congénitale de la hanche, elle a refusé de se laisser enfermer dans les cases que la société voulait lui imposer. À travers son parcours, elle nous invite à repenser notre propre définition de la réussite et à envisager des trajectoires qui transcendent les normes établies.

Ancienne étudiante à Sciences Po Bordeaux, Florence Alix-Gravellier a aussi été une ancienne championne de haut niveau en tant que joueuse de tennis en fauteuil roulant. Florence Alix-Gravellier participe aux Jeux paralympiques d’été de 2004 et de 2008, elle est lors de ces derniers Jeux médaillée de bronze en simple dames et en double dames. Florence est également six fois championne de France. Après cette carrière au plus haut niveau, Florence a travaillé au sein de différentes entreprises avant de se lancer à plein temps en tant que conférencière.Avec beaucoup de pédagogie et bienveillance, Florence vous proposera un talk impactant et puissant sur la question de la réussite et sur comment ne pas entrer dans des cases pré-établies.
