Tenor Berk Dalkılıç, İstanbul Devlet Opera ve Balesi’nin solist sanatçısıdır. Müziğe dokuz yaşında Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı Piyano Bölümü’nde başlamış, ardından İstanbul ve Haliç üniversitelerinde opera–şan eğitimi almıştır. Çekya’daki Janáček Müzik Akademisi’nde Erasmus öğrencisi olarak eğitim görmüş, burada sahneye çıkmış ve çeşitli ustalık sınıflarına katılmıştır.2016’da BİFOAKADEMİ Opera Stüdyosu’na seçilerek iki sezon boyunca önemli roller üstlenmiş; Yekta Kara, Eva Mei, Giuseppe Sabbatini gibi isimlerle çalışmıştır. 2018’de Almanya ve Çekya’daki festivallerde konserler vermiş, Lenski, Belmonte, Tamino gibi rollerde dikkat çekmiştir. Aynı yıl ulusal yarışmalarda ödüller kazanmış ve 2019’da Hans Gabor Belvedere Yarışması’nda yarı finale kalmıştır.2019’dan bu yana İstanbul Devlet Opera ve Balesi’nde Don Giovanni, La Bohème, Falstaff, La Traviata, Sihirli Flüt, Uçan Hollandalı gibi eserlerde başlıca tenor rollerini seslendirmektedir. Pandemi döneminde de konser ve prodüksiyonlarda aktif yer almış, Schubert’in Winterreise şarkı döngüsünü seslendirmiştir.2022–2023 sezonunda AKM sahnesinde başroller üstlenmiş; Çekya’nın Brno ve Ostrava şehirlerinde sahne almıştır. Hâlen Prof. Güzin Gürel ile çalışmalarını sürdürmekte ve 2025–2026 sezonu için ulusal ve uluslararası projelere hazırlanmaktadır.Piyanist Gizem Alkan, müzik eğitimine 1999 yılında Trakya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı’nda başladı. Burada Okt. Kalpten Araboğlu, Prof. Süleyman Sırrı Güner, Prof. Devlet Devrim Öztaş ve Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Akın Araboğlu ile çalışarak 2015’te birincilikle mezun oldu. Aynı üniversitede yüksek lisansını da Dr. Akın Araboğlu danışmanlığında tamamladı.Eğitimi süresince Tamara Poddubnaya, İdil Biret, Gülsin Onay, Jean-Bernard Pommier, Valentin Surif, Lyudmil Angelov gibi birçok önemli sanatçıyla masterclasslara katıldı; Pera, Gümüşlük, March Music Days gibi festivallerde sahne aldı.Ulusal ve uluslararası yarışmalarda dereceler elde etti: 4. Uluslararası Pera Piyano Yarışması mansiyon, 16. Hopes, Talents and Masters (Bulgaristan) üçüncülük, Genç Müzisyenler Oda Müziği Yarışmaları ikincilik ve mansiyon, Caspi Art ve AKOB yarışmalarında birincilik ve mansiyon ödülleri kazandı.Trakya Oda Orkestrası ve Trakya Ensemble ile solist olarak konserler verdi; 2019’da “Akdeniz Ülkeleri Viyolonsel Buluşmaları”nda korrepetitör olarak görev yaptı.Sanatta Yeterlik eğitimini Anadolu Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Enstitüsü’nde sürdürmekte, oda müziği çalışmalarını Dr. Kaya Kılıç ve Doç. Selin Şekeranber ile, piyano çalışmalarını Doç. Gökhan Aybulus ile yürütmektedir. 2019’dan bu yana Trakya Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarı’nda Araştırma Görevlisi olarak görev yapmakta; solo ve oda müziği alanlarında aktif konser kariyerine devam etmektedir. Zach Tolan is the author of the Kids Piano book series and inventor of a patented music notation system for kids. After receiving racist messages in eighth grade, 17-year-old student leader Kelsey Simpson examines how technology amplifies both hate and hope—from AI-generated deepfakes and post-election racist texts to Black influencers reshaping representation online. She challenges us to transform social media from an echo chamber of fear into a classroom for connection, spotlighting creators like Cheesy Duru, Wisdom K, and Tabitha Brown who are teaching the world about Black identity through joy, creativity, and authentic storytelling. Kelsey Simpson is a dedicated student and volleyball athlete at West Ottawa High School. She is also a key member of I AM Academy, where she collaborates with other young leaders to drive positive change and build community among Black and multiracial youth.
