THE MILK OF HUMAN KINDNESS | Thúy Vân | TEDxHCMUS
Volunteering has been a familiar topic for a long time, but its meanings are diverse. When it comes to this issue, some people hold the belief that volunteering is just for the rich or we can not help someone/something forever; therefore, we should not do it. However, reality shows us the fact that more and more people share a great deal of interest in society, especially the young generations. Thousands of long-term or short-term projects have been operated and maintained continuously with great spirit by the youth. What makes them desire to do that and even if their devotion can last long - are two big questions for doing charity. Thuy Van is a beauty queen and also a warmhearted queen, who inspires society through her pure kindness. She has been the ambassador for various volunteer projects and a founder of her project - Inspired by SHE. With the mission to support young women to break the obstacles and pursue their dreams, numerous scholarships and workshops have been delivered. In this inspiring talk, Thuy Van will answer these two questions and provide a deeper understanding of voluntary work.
