Step forward - Technology for good | Yixuan ZHU | TEDxPennon Qingdao Youth
In 2025, ten million people still die simply because they can’t reach a doctor in time. That reality haunts me, so tonight I step forward to share how ordinary phones, 3-D printers and online study are already healing our shared home. I believe technology’s greatest power is not in profit but in empathy: printing limbs, connecting learners, saving lives. If we choose to use it for good, each of us can turn a pocket-sized device into a life-saving tool. Let’s prove that progress isn’t measured in code, but in the lives we illuminate together. I am Eric and I'm 12. I love football and video games. I enjoy science class and hanging out with friends. I'm friendly and like trying new things.
