U današnjem ubrzanom i stresnom načinu života presudno je ne prestati provjeravati živimo li u skladu s vlastitom širom slikom jer jedino iz nje možemo crpiti motivaciju i disciplinu u izazovnim trenucima te u konačnici postići toliko željene produktivnost, zdravlje i zadovoljstvo.
