Silvia guida le operazioni quotidiane e lo sviluppo strategico in Italia, Francia e Grecia.Con oltre 16 anni di esperienza tra startup e grandi realtà internazionali, è specializzata in innovazione, scalabilità e crescita responsabile.Fa parte del consiglio di amministrazione di Sistech e in passato ha ricoperto un ruolo analogo in PWN, una rete europea che promuove la leadership paritaria nel lavoro e nella società.
Il suo impegno è rivolto alla costruzione di ecosistemi inclusivi, in cui le persone storicamente emarginate possano accedere a nuove opportunità, crescere e affermarsi come leader.Specializzata in Java. Lavora a Torino come operatrice e mediatrice in una cooperativa sociale impegnata nell’inclusione e nell’integrazione.Ha lavorato anche come facilitatrice digitale, aiutando i cittadini a orientarsi nei servizi pubblici online, e come operatrice sociale con un focus su minori e inclusione digitale.
