De ses innombrables crises d’angoisse, Constant Pelhate a puisé la force de transformer ses peurs en alliées et ses rêves en réalité.
L’aventurier breton se décrit comme « sédentinérant », cultivant l’art de trouver un équilibre entre le confort de la sédentarité et la vitalité de l’itinérance.En 2019, alors qu’il travaille à La Défense, il enfourche sa bicyclette pour parcourir le monde pendant 2 ans.
Ce périple va changer sa vie et il va écrire son premier ouvrage « Du Rêve au Guidon ».Convaincu des bienfaits de l’itinérance, il multiplie les aventures, à vélo, à pied, en canoë et à cheval, en France et dans sa Bretagne natale.
Il en tire deux premiers films documentaires : « Marcher la France » & « Au Bout de chez Soi ».
Ce témoignage est une invitation à l’audace, au voyage, au partage et à la tolérance, dans le cadre de la soirée « What's on your mind ? » du TEDxINSA Rennes.
