It turns out that overcoming stage fright and anxiety only requires focusing on one simple thing! As someone who used to struggle deeply with public speaking, I reveal a surprising yet convincing method that left the audience nodding in agreement. It’s incredibly effective for job interviews, presentations, speeches, job hunting, career changes, meetings, PTA activities, romantic situations, and even blushing. ※A note from Hiromichi Morishita regarding the video: In the part where I talk about how to stop your hands and feet from trembling, I forgot to explain why moving your limbs dramatically helps calm the shaking. (I did go over this with the audience during the workshop time after the talk.) When you're standing in front of people, the trembling in your hands and feet comes from a mental reaction—something you can’t consciously control. But moving your limbs in a big, deliberate way is a physical action, and that’s something you can control. For example, actions like sitting down, walking, or pointing are all things you can intentionally do, right? So, by shifting the focus from an involuntary mental reaction to a voluntary physical action, you take back control—and the trembling stops. Customer service/sales consultant/personal motivator.
