Prostředním cílem brandingu je měnit mozky potenciálních i současných zákazníků. Finálním cílem je dosáhnout nadprůměrné ziskovosti. Branding je totiž založen na zapamatovávání a dalším vytváření mozkových struktur. Branding má dosáhnout toho, aby pokud má potenciální zákazník nějakou potřebu nebo přání, vybavila se mu daná značka a spolu s ní i “důvody”, proč by si ji měl koupit. Mozkové struktury silného brandu zároveň zákazníkovi “vysvětlí”, proč má akceptovat i vyšší cenu. Pokud zákazník porovnává dosud neznámé značky, musí branding co nejrychleji propojit staré informace v mozku s těmi novými a opět vytvořit nové paměťové struktury.V přednášce si ukážeme praktické dopady výzkumů prof. Ebbinghause (1885), Zajonca (1960s) a Sharpa až po nejnovější výzkumy v oblasti neurověd. Podíváme se i praktické ukázky (případové studie) a postupy i v Česku, a to i z pohledu těch nejmenších firem. A řekneme si, proč se bez silného brandu neobejdete v době AI. Díky silnému brandu pak nebudou muset české firmy vyrábět jenom meziprodukty, ale finální výrobky. Díky tomu si zvýší svoji marži a zůstane jim více peněz na mzdy i těch nejlepších pracovníků. nejcitovanější expert na strategické řízení firem a marketing ve střední Evropě. Pro firmy a instituce pořádá školení a tréninky vědecky podloženého managementu a marketingu.Původně vystudoval psychologii a politologii na Masarykově univerzitě. Následně absolvoval studijní pobyty na Yale a Stanfordu.Robert Le Veneur se ve své práci se zaměřuje na vědecký pohled na marketing a management, kdy kombinuje vědu, výzkumy, data a finance. Protože rád cestuje za prací po celé Evropě s manželkou a svými předškolními dětmi, i jeho dvě děti jsou členy frequent-flyer programu u dvou leteckých aliancí.
