Es Presidenta de la Fundación Casa Ronald McDonald de Ecuador, cuyo propósito es mejorar el bienestar de niños de escasos recursos que padecen enfermedades críticas cómo el cáncer.Gina Castagneto es una de las líderes con mayor reputación corporativa en Ecuador, de acuerdo con el Ranking MERCO 2022 y 2023, y recientemente fue reconocida dentro del Top 3 de las mujeres líderes más influyentes en el entorno digital del páis, según IPSOS 2024.
