Bright Bites, Healthy Heights | Rene Wang | TEDxYouth@YCYWShanghai
Smart food choices are important for young children. They need to maintain a variety of foods and a balanced diet to support overall health. Some ordinary foods, like mushrooms, are actually “superfoods” due to their strong nutritional properties. In fact, mushrooms are neither plants nor fruits; they are a type of fungus. Fungi have been on Earth for millions of years and may even have helped in developing the first life on Earth. Therefore, mushrooms are very beneficial for both children and adults. Remember, bright bites lead to healthy heights. Rene is a primary student in Chongqing, China. She loves reading, writing, sports and music.
