Becoming India’s first salon consultant was not an easy path. In the early days, finding clients and building trust in a completely new profession seemed almost impossible. Yet, through perseverance and belief in his vision, he not only created opportunities for himself but also transformed the way salons operate across the country. Today, he advises and empowers numerous salons to grow and succeed. In this talk, he shares his journey of turning challenges into possibilities and how one bold idea can open doors to an entirely new industry. He is an architect with a decade of salon design experience, made waves in 2020 by introducing salon consultancy services, a first in India post pandemic. His expertise now assists leading salon chains in optimizing space, integrating digital solutions, refining brand identity, and training staff for success in challenging times.
