Devipriya Chandhirahasan, 17 years old, and the Headgirl of Birla Public School, is a dynamic and multi-talented individual with a deep-rooted passion for public speaking and leadership. Devipriya has a remarkable record of accomplishments and achievements. A seasoned debater, she has represented the school on the QatarDebate QPSDL team for three consecutive years, emerging as the League Runner-up and one of the Top 4 Best Speakers and Reply Speakers in 2022, and clinching the title of National Champion in 2023.
Devipriya's talents extend well beyond debate. She has hosted several prestigious events including the School Annual Day, ICC and SDC programs, and has earned accolades in various Intra & inter-school and independent speaking competitions.She has also won STEM exhibition awards and passionately leads projects and initiatives within and beyond school. A trained Bharatanatyam dancer since the age of five, with international certification from the International Dance Council – Paris, France and a diploma Black Belt holder in martial arts. Devipriya continues to pursue her interest with dedication and versatility.

His research helps organizations confront challenges and turn negative occurrences into opportunities for quality improvement. He is a national thought leader on the use of root cause analysis in criminal justice and is a frequent consultant to criminal justice agencies and corporations on quality improvement and measurement issues. He is the author of numerous publications, including "Killing Time: An 18-Year Odyssey from Death Row to Freedom," winner of the National Independent Book Award for non-fiction in 2011 and one of the Chicago Sun-Times’ Best Books of the Year. Hollway holds a BA from Penn, a JD with honors from the George Washington University Law School, and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology degree with Distinction from Penn.
