Worthy of Space: A Journey Through an Eating Disorder | Eman Ali Khan | TEDxSMDC

Under the theme "Raah-e-Talaash: Beyond the Obvious", Eman Ali Khan, a second-year MBBS student at Shalamar Medical and Dental College, Lahore, takes us on a deeply personal journey through her battle with an eating disorder. In this raw and heartfelt talk, she unravels the silent struggles hidden behind perfection, the pain beneath the pursuit of control, and the strength it takes to heal. Through her story, Eman reminds us that true self-worth lies not in numbers or appearances, but in realizing that every human being is, above all, worthy of space. Eman Ali Khan (Batch '28) — one of the most decorated students of SMDC.
