Licenciada em Psicologia há mais de 20 anos, apaixona-se pelas pessoas e pelo amor a cada dia, daí que tenha resolvido especializar-se em Terapia de Casal e Sexualidade Clínica.
Dividindo o seu tempo entre a clínica em Braga e os projectos televisivos é uma voz ativa pela defesa do amor consciente e das relações longas.
