Reach the impossible with the secrets of Kung Fu | Sacha Wenk | TEDxMontmartre

It took him twenty years to understand a simple but transformative truth: that real strength begins when you learn to be with yourself, to listen inward, and to find the Qi that steadies your path. They call him the Shaolin Kidd the boy who left behind a quiet Swiss classroom and stepped into the stone courtyards of a Shaolin temple. Today more than 6 million people follow his journey. His purpose? To spread Kung Fu across the world and help people reconnect with their inner Qi. In his talk he uses Mei Hua Quan to reveal that Qi is a quiet power within us the same resilience that allows the Mei Hua flower to bloom through winter’s frost.Through this ancient practice he shows how Qi becomes something you can feel, something that strengthens you and something that guides your life when the world around you grows cold. He explains how mastering your Qi can bring clarity, courage and a deeper understanding of your own direction an intuition a reminder that purpose is not found outside of you but awakened within. Qi teaches you to move with your fears instead of running from them to find clarity in moments of stillness and to finally see the path your life has been trying to show you all along.
