元ラグビー日本代表で、現在は山川出版社に勤める野澤武史さんは、人材には「リアクション型」と「アクション型」があると語ります。指示を待ち、周囲の動きに応じて動くのがリアクション型。一方で、自ら課題に気づき、先んじて行動するのがアクション型で、かつての野澤さんは、失敗を恐れてリアクション型になってしまっていたと言います。けれど、ラグビーでの経験や、出版社での挑戦を通じて、野澤さんは今、アクション型であることの価値を実感しているそうです。彼がいま伝えたいのは、失敗を恐れて動かないことのリスク、そして、動くことで初めて開ける景色。その思いを、野澤さんはまっすぐに語ります。 1979年、東京都生まれ。

慶應義塾大学時代では蹴球部で大学日本一に貢献し、4年時には主将を務める。その後、神戸製鋼コベルコスティーラーズに加入し、2003年トップリーグ制覇に貢献。
現役引退後は本業の傍ら、母校の高校・大学でヘッドコーチを務め、2013年より日本ラグビーフットボール協会でユース世代のコーチを歴任。またタレント発掘TIDマネージャーとして「Big man & Fast man camp」を立ち上げ人材発掘の裾野を広げた。
