元ラグビー日本代表で、現在は山川出版社に勤める野澤武史さんは、人材には「リアクション型」と「アクション型」があると語ります。指示を待ち、周囲の動きに応じて動くのがリアクション型。一方で、自ら課題に気づき、先んじて行動するのがアクション型で、かつての野澤さんは、失敗を恐れてリアクション型になってしまっていたと言います。けれど、ラグビーでの経験や、出版社での挑戦を通じて、野澤さんは今、アクション型であることの価値を実感しているそうです。彼がいま伝えたいのは、失敗を恐れて動かないことのリスク、そして、動くことで初めて開ける景色。その思いを、野澤さんはまっすぐに語ります。 1979年、東京都生まれ。

慶應義塾大学時代では蹴球部で大学日本一に貢献し、4年時には主将を務める。その後、神戸製鋼コベルコスティーラーズに加入し、2003年トップリーグ制覇に貢献。
現役引退後は本業の傍ら、母校の高校・大学でヘッドコーチを務め、2013年より日本ラグビーフットボール協会でユース世代のコーチを歴任。またタレント発掘TIDマネージャーとして「Big man & Fast man camp」を立ち上げ人材発掘の裾野を広げた。

He served for 6 years in the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and has deployed to places like Africa, Europe, and assisted in Operation Allies Welcome for the Afghan refugees. Baldy is the son of two immigrants from Mexico.Baldy is interested in supply chains, community issues within minority groups, and education issues in the country.
