We think of breathing as something common, something we do every day. We don't realize its power. Different breathing techniques have been used throughout the ages as valuable tools to channel the best out of ourselves. In this talk, how can breathing help us? And, particularly, how can breathing help a teenager find their best selves? We have heard/ will hear so much different interesting topics about infinity.Let me ask you: What’s something that feels infinite to you? Infinity isn’t just about the stars, the universe, or time—it’s within us too. Not measurable, only to be experienced.When you look at the stars, immerse yourself in nature, or get lost in music, you might feel like time stands still – or during some of your classes ?.Just as the universe appears endlessly vast, our minds have infinite potential.
