Take a step forward - Jumping rope and growth | Ziyu SHAO | TEDxPennon Qingdao Youth
When skipping rope left me aching and afraid of being laughed at, I almost quit—until I counted 800, then 1,000, then 2,000 jumps in a row. That rope taught me that the summit isn’t a place, it’s the decision to take one more jump when quitting feels easier. Today I’ll share how every small count can turn “never” into “done.” My name is Shao Ziyu. I'm 12 years old. I like reading, drawing, and doing sports.
