Umjesto "ili" biraj "i" | Sonja Vasic | TEDxPodgorica
U ovom iskrenom i nadahnjujućem govoru, Sonja Vasić, nas vodi kroz svoje životne faze - od detinjstva ispunjenog snovima, preko izazova i trijumfa u profesionalnoj košarkaškoj karijeri, do uloge majke, supruge i sportske liderke. Kroz lična iskustva, povrede, sumnje i velike preokrete, Sonja govori o važnosti balansa, autentičnosti i vrijednosti koje nas vode kroz odluke. Njena poruka je snažna - da ne moramo birati između porodice i karijere, snage i ranjivosti, ambicije i mira. Umesto toga, možemo i moramo birati "I". Ovaj govor je poziv ženama da ostanu vjerne sebi, da se ne odriču svojih snova i da se usude da budu viđene - jer upravo u toj vidljivosti mogu da budu inspiracija nekoj djevojčici koja tek počinje da sanja. Throughout her distinguished career, Sonja Vasić played for top European clubs and WNBA teams, winning numerous medals with the Serbian national team, including an Olympic bronze and two gold medals at the European Championships. After retiring from professional play, she continued to shape the world of sports from a different angle - as Sports Director of the Olympic Committee of Serbia, Vice President of the FIBA Players’ Commission, and a member of the FIBA Central Board. She has furthered her expertise through prestigious international programs such as FIBA Timeout 2.0 and the WiLead initiative.Sonja speaks English, Spanish, and Russian - but most fluently, she speaks the language of sport and transformation, believing that the leadership gained on the court is just as valuable beyond it.
