En esas condiciones, los ciudadanos podemos tener una percepción errónea de cuánto cuestan realmente esos servicios públicos y quiénes son los responsables de gestionarlos y financiarlos.Además, como los gobiernos suelen gastar más de lo que ingresan, parte de la financiación procede de la emisión de deuda pública. En esta charla pondremos encima de la mesa las principales cuestiones estos asuntos: quién recauda nuestros impuestos para financiar determinados servicios públicos.Diego Martínez López es licenciado y doctor en CC.
