Progress Over Perfection | Ajay John | TEDxYouth@NIA
Sharing his raw journey from ordinary to influential, Ajay guides us to choose progress over perfection. He breaks down the fear of failure, challenges comfort zones, and proves that success isn’t about flawless starts but consistent forward movement. What began as a simple love for food evolved into a platform that has opened doors, fostered connections with like-minded individuals, and transformed a personal hobby into a significant endeavor.Despite holding a degree in mechanical engineering and working as a planning specialist at a university, Ajay believes that a professional career does not have to define one’s aspirations. Through embracing passion, maintaining curiosity, and taking bold steps, he has discovered that unexpected opportunities can arise in remarkable ways.
