From Mission Impossible to I’M Possible | Dr. Divya Raj | TEDxKPRIT
In this talk, Dr. Divya Raj shares her journey during the Ukraine War, and how the crisis transformed her. With thousands of medical students trapped in bunkers and airports, she found herself moving beyond the role of a doctor and mentor to that of a crisis leader- an ability she didn't know she had. With her 3M framework, Dr. Divya's talk shows how breaking the loop is not just about survival but about resilience, leadership, and the determination to turn mission Impossible into “I’m possible.” Dr. Divya Raj, MD Pediatrics and Managing Director of the Neo Institute of Medical Sciences, for her remarkable contributions to global medical education and healthcare empowerment. In collaboration with GSL and AIG Hospitals, Dr. Divya has trained over 15,000 doctors and facilitated treatment for more than 1,000 international patients across Uzbekistan and beyond. Her vision blends Swadeshi values with global opportunities, enabling Indian doctors to excel worldwide. Through the White Coat Mentor Initiative with GSL Smart Lab, she champions advanced medical skilling, AI simulation training, and global licensing exam preparation. During Operation Ganga, Dr. Divya initiated train rescue operations to evacuate stranded Indians from Ukraine and relocate such students to Uzbekistan and other countries to continue their education a testament to her courage and compassion.
