O que chamam de sucesso costuma vir acompanhado de fórmulas, metas individualistas e padrões de produtividade e aparência que tentam dizer como devemos viver e vencer. Leonardo Freitas transforma essa lógica em um convite à escuta e à reinvenção. Inspirado pelas jam sessions de jazz, nascidas da resistência e da potência inventiva de comunidades negras, ele faz do improviso uma metáfora de liberdade e coletividade, lembrando que só se improvisa bem quando há dedicação, sensibilidade, escuta e abertura ao encontro com o outro.A partir de uma trajetória marcada por experiências na periferia, na música, na educação, na militância e em viagens pela América Latina, Léo compartilha aprendizados que ampliam o olhar sobre juventude, modos de viver e formas de aprender. Entre culturas e encontros, ele compartilha uma visão de mundo tecida na pluralidade, na decolonialidade e no esperançar como verbo - ação que transforma, mobiliza e cria novos sentidos para a vida em comum. Ele propõe que o projeto de vida se pareça com uma jam session, onde cada gesto é escuta, cada pausa é criação, e o sucesso não está apenas em um solo virtuoso, mas na boniteza que surge quando todos tocam em sintonia. Leonardo Caldeira (Mapù) é educador, sociólogo, DJ e pesquisador musical do Barreiro (BH). Formado em Ciências Sociais e mestrando em Educação pela UFMG, atua na interseção entre cultura, educação e mobilização social. Com trajetória marcada pela educação popular, participou de pré-vestibulares comunitários, projetos em ocupações e ações de formação que ampliaram oportunidades para jovens. Professor no Colégio Loyola e integrante do Observatório da Juventude da UFMG, conecta teoria e prática em sala de aula. Multi-instrumentista e DJ, já integrou bandas, festivais e hoje atua no coletivo Veludo. Viajante pela América Latina, traz para sua prática referências culturais que atravessam sua pesquisa e sua arte. No TEDx, mostra como juventude, cultura e música podem reinventar mundos.
