This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx

- 14:58Meditation: What, How, Why. | Markus Badwal | TEDxHHL“Stillness is not silence—it’s the space where transformation begins.” Meditation is like cleaning the lens through which we view our lives. In moments of stillness, we begin to see growth and change not as distant concepts, but as living patterns within us. This talk explores how meditation helps us shift perspective—revealing clarity where there was once confusion, and insight where there was once resistance.
