Diego Armando da Silva é um cientista florestal apaixonado pela Amazônia. Líder do Centro de Estudos em Ecologia e Manejo da Amazônia (CEEMA) e coordenador de expedições em busca das maiores árvores da floresta, ele tem dedicado sua vida à pesquisa e conservação desse ecossistema único. Diego é uma referência em sua área e tem contribuído significativamente para o conhecimento sobre a floresta amazônica. Suas iniciativas têm sido reconhecidas com diversos prêmios, consolidando sua posição como um dos principais pesquisadores do estado do Amapá.
