Dal 2021 è docente in Economia e Gestione Sostenibile delle Imprese presso l'Università degli Studi Roma Tre e, dal 2023, cultrice della materia in Organizzazione Aziendale presso l'Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope. Attualmente è Associate Editor della rivista internazionale Vilakshan - XIMB Journal of Management (Emerald).
